Customers who are affected by this event should contact the following Fault numbers:

Should you come across any wires down treat them as live and report them to the appropriate faults number listed as above

Customers should have an energy plan and kit in case of a power outage, comprising:

* Access to a phone that does not rely on electricity
* Alternative lighting such as torches
* A battery-powered radio
* An esky with ice on hand
* Access to fresh water
