Refer a friend to receive a $30 Coles Myer gift voucher
Being a Neighbourhood Energy customer has its rewards. Simply refer a friend, colleague or family member to us and for each referral who becomes a customer, we will thank you with a $30 gift voucher. There are two easy ways you can tell your friends and family. Simply complete your details below and the email address of your referral/s, or phone us on 1300 764 860. An email with a reference number will be sent to them advising them of your referral and inviting them to become a Neighbourhood Energy customer. All they need to do is complete our online customer application, or phone our Customer Service Centre on 1300 764 860 quoting their reference number. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make. The more people you invite, the greater your reward.
What if my friend doesn't want to participate in the Refer-A-Friend program?
They can simply ignore your invitation. There is no pressure or requirement to become a Neighbourhood Energy customer. We will respect their privacy and their personal details will be confidentially discarded.
Terms and conditions
- Every successful customer referral will earn you a $30 voucher.
- Vouchers will be mailed to you after your friend receives and pays their first electricity bill from us.
- Gift vouchers are subject to conditions of use.
- Neighbourhood Energy currently sells electricity to Victorian residential customers only. As such, all referrals must reside in Victoria.
- Neighbourhood Energy reserves the right to cancel or amend the Customer Referral Program without notice.
